NATURAL FORMS
The first coursework project for GCSE Photography is called ‘Natural Forms’ and is worth 30% of your final GCSE grade. The project starts in January of Year 10 up until June. ‘Natural Forms’ requires you to photograph anything that could be interpreted under this theme such as nature, flowers, fruit, water, movement, the human body, animals, insects, sky, the weather, the environment etc. You will begin by looking at photographers who have used ‘Natural Forms’ in their photographs to help you get started. You will then take your own digital and film photographs exploring ‘Natural Forms’. Below are some examples of what other students have photographed for their ‘Natural Forms’ project:
